EFT is a method of tapping acupuncture meridians that can be used to help achieve your health and fitness goals. EFT balances the energy field.

Possible effects:

• increase motivation for achieving fitness
• reduce addictive food cravings
• help keep an upbeat attitude about workouts
• increase peace of mind evn with a busy schedule or stress
• help in healing injuries, illness, or pain

EFT can also be used on other personal issues
